The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
All original packaging, tags, and materials must be included
Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

Parts that have been installed, modified, or damaged
Electrical components that show signs of installation
Items returned after 30 days

Defective Products

If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We may require photos, diagnostic information, or the part to be returned for inspection before approving a return or replacement.

Lifetime Warranty

Select ValveBodyWorld products include a Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects.

Warranty Coverage

Covers manufacturing defects only
Valid for the original purchaser
Applies only to the original part (replacement part does not reset warranty period)

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear
Improper installation
Lack of required programming or calibration
Vehicle damage caused by other failing components
Abuse, neglect, or modification of the product

All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Approved returns will be refunded, and a new order may be placed if needed.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a confirmed defect or shipping error
Original shipping charges are non-refundable
